The following positions are available with Mishimoto:
Responsible for marketing duties as assigned by Marketing Manager.
1. Maintains and updates the company websites with updated marketing materials and other pertinent information.
2. Writes copy for press releases under the direction of the Marketing Manager.
3. Delivers e-mail marketing campaigns as directed.
4. Implements video marketing on platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Streetfire, etc.
5. Updates and maintains the FTP site.
6. Executes social media marketing campaigns on social media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
6.1. Receives marketing content from team and places it on relevant site
6.2. Ensures that all communications are relevant and attractive
6.3. Constantly reviews posts on social media sites to ensure positive company PR; responds appropriately to all posts
7. Assists with additional marketing projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.
The job requires an Associate’s Degree in marketing or related field, 1-2 years experience in marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with and knowledge of social media platforms required. Basic software knowledge (including Microsoft Excel and Word) is required. Previous experience using Yahoo! Business stores, FTP programs, HTML programs, and e-mail marketing is preferred but not required.

Although this position has no direct reports, the incumbent is responsible for his/her own work and may provide work direction to other Marketing staff under the supervision of the Market & Product Manager
1. Oversees Mishimoto’s blog, including conceptualizing format, look and content
1.1. Ensures updated articles and text are up
1.2. Works with other departments to gather information to be contained in the blog
1.3. Writes technical articles as needed and ensures proper placement
1.4. Designs and ensures placement of videos on blog
1.5. Oversees forum management for technical interaction with consumers
2. Oversees the installation of prototype parts to ensure that they are properly documented, demonstrated and marketed to consumers
2.1. Works with engineering and other staff to completely understand the design of each part
2.2. Understands how each part should be properly installed
2.3. Writes text for the installation guides
3. Conceptualizes and writes videos to be placed on the blog
3.1. Conceptualizes videos for the blog
3.2. Writes video copy
3.3. Ensures that the video installations are consistent with written text, clear, and easy to understand by the consumer.
4. Provides assistance to the marketing team with original technical content.
5. Assists with market research by collecting and interpreting data on vehicles, products, and consumer preferences.
6. Assists with additional marketing projects as needed and performs other duties as assigned.
7. Manages Mishimoto’s online forum presence.
7.1 Initiates discussions about new products and gauges consumer feedback.
7.2 Responds to threads relating to Mishimoto products and assists users with technical questions.
7.3 Responsible for building a trusting relationship with forum members and positively representing Mishimoto.
The job requires a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field, 3-5 years experience in marketing or product development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with the automotive industry and a clear understanding of high performance auto parts required. Prior on-camera video experience strongly preferred.
Key job characteristics include knowledge of marketing and advertising principles, understanding of and enthusiasm for the automotive and aftermarket parts industry, knowledge of automobiles with the ability to install after-market auto parts, strong organizational skills, strong creative writing skills, and outstanding professional communication and public speaking skills.

1. Develop materials for web advertising and social media
2. Create website landing pages and promotional e-mail blasts
3. Design and layout in-house collateral materials
4. Prepare projects for web production
5. Perform other creative duties as directed
1. A clean, well-organized, professional portfolio exhibiting the knowledge of design fundamentals such as typography, composition, and color
2. Bachelor's degree in design with an online portfolio
3. A thorough knowledge of CS5 Suite (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
4. Proficient in web content layout
5. Basic web programming experience a plus

The Sales Executive meets annual sales goals and targets by selling to new and existing customers, negotiating and closing sales, attending trade shows, and providing feedback to management regarding competitors actions and customer needs.
Responsible for sales duties as assigned by their direct supervisor.
1. Meets annual sales goals and targets by selling to new potential customers and by maintaining realationships with existing customers to introduce new products, increase sales of current products and implement new sales promotions
1.1. Proactively identifies and establishes contact with potential customers
1.2. Grows sales and enhances relationships with existing customers
1.3. Maintains positive contact with existing customers to implement sales promotions
1.4. Performs sales training and demonstrates product for accounts
1.5. Negotiates terms of agreements and closes sales
2. Attends trade shows such as SEMA and PRI to represent the company and build new relationships to increase sales
3. Provides feedback from customers to management team to improve sales process and business relationships, and communicate emerging market needs.
3.1. Makes suggestions to the Vice President of Marketing & Sales regarding new markets and products
3.2. Maintains awareness of competitors and competitive activities/pricing which may affect sales and communicates this information to manager
4. Performs other duties and coordinates special tasks or projects as directed
The job requires a Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field and one year experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The ideal employee will be self-motivated and flexible, able to work with negligible supervision, be computer savvy with a knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to effectively perform internet searches, and maintain a tenacious work attitude.
Normal office environment. This is an inside sales position, but the incumbent is required to travel to client sites and trade shows approximately 20% of the time.
