WARRANTY Mishimoto Performance (MP) warrants all its products under its "no questions asked" Limited Lifetime Warranty policy. Regardless of the defect in product, Mishimoto will replace the original product. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original sales receipt from an authorized dealer.

A trained professional should install all MP products. Any issues with compatibility or installation should be addressed before attempting to install any product.

The purchaser's remedy for breach of this limited warranty, exclusive of all other remedies provided by law, is expressly limited to repair or replacement of any part or parts. All products returned for warranty consideration must be returned to MP with all transportation expenses prepaid.

MP shall not be responsible for damages to its products or injury to persons using the products in any manner that would constitute improper operation, including but not limited to: incorrect opening of radiator pressure caps, burst hoses, unintended application or usage not intended by MP, negligence, improper installation, or any other use that may cause damages or injury. MP shall not be responsible for injury or harm to persons or property when caused by persons or vehicles using its products.

Accident Protection Mishimoto, under its "no questions asked" Limited Lifetime Accident Protection Plan, will provide a warranty for all claims including vehicles involved in accidents. Warranty claims must include pictures of the accident and an official police report, and must be submitted within three months of the accident.

Warranty Replacement Guidelines

We ship via FedEx Ground for all replacements. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. See below for pricing.
We cannot ship to PO or APO addresses.
Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico or Guam are subject to additional shipping fees.
Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico or Guam are also subject to extended shipping time frames.
Replacements are subject to availability.
All claims must be accompanied with a picture of the product's issue/defect and a copy of the original receipt.
In the event that a receipt cannot be provided, Mishimoto Performance will be able to offer a discount on a replacement unit.
Mishimoto Performance will contact you via e-mail and/or phone if additional information is required.
Unless otherwise noted, Mishimoto Performance does not require you to return products to us for warranty claim consideration.
Mishimoto Performance has the right to refuse any warranty claim at any time.
Mishimoto Performance cannot be held liable for incorrect shipments if the claim form is completed incorrectly, or a model number is not included.
Mishimoto Performance has the right to substitute any warranty claim item with a comparable item or credit at any time.

Pricing for Warranty Replacement Shipping For Radiators, Intercoolers, and Fan Shrouds:

Within 90 days of purchasing the product, the charge will be $10.
After 90 days, the charge will be $25.

For all accessories:

If MSRP is less than or equal to $75, the charge will be $10.
If MSRP is more than $75, the charge will be $15.

Expedited warranty replacement shipping costs:

FedEx 2nd Day Air shipping – Flat rate of $50.00.
FedEx Next Day Air shipping – Flat rate of $100.00.

Mishimoto Powersports products are not covered under our Limited Lifetime Accident Protection Plan.

If you have a vehicle equipped with an automatic transmission, please make sure to specify this within the text box on the claim form. Mishimoto Performance is not responsible for incorrect replacement shipments if the type of transmission is not indicated.
