YOUR OEM MOUNTS ARE
HURTING YOUR TRUCK.
As factory rubber body mounts breaks down, the cab sags, and the cab drifts out of alignment with the bed, and the damage doesnβt stop at the body.

Mishimotoβs Silicone Body Mounts restore ride height, pull body lines back into alignment, and absorb the noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) the factory mounts let through.
Each bushing is molded from premium silicone, a material that retains its resilience for the life of the truck and does not harden, dry-rot, or develop the dry squeak that aftermarket urethane is known for.

Your OEM body mounts are wearing out and it's affecting more than just noise. Mishimoto silicone body mounts are engineered to outlast OEM rubber and urethane alternatives, eliminating cab rattle...

The steel sleeve carrying every bushing carries two layers of corrosion protection, shutting down the rust-through failure that turns a routine mount swap into a full body-off repair.

Noise, vibration, and harshness β three words that sum up everything that can take away from the experience of being in a vehicle.

The most common signs are a sagging cab, uneven gaps between the cab and bed, and a clunking or creaking noise over bumps.
The cab sits lower than it used to, especially at the back corners
Gaps between the cab and bed look uneven from one side to the other
A clunk or creak comes from under the cab when you go over bumps
You can see cracked, crumbling, or rusted rubber at the mount points
All of these come back to the same thing. The bushing between the body and the frame has broken down and stopped isolating the two from each other, so the body settles or shifts instead of staying where it belongs.
Body sag on Ford Super Duty trucks happens when the factory rubber body mount bushings break down from age, road salt, and repeated temperature swings, which lets the cab settle down toward the frame.
Rubber is built to last through the warranty period, not the life of the truck
Road salt and moisture speed up the breakdown from the outside in
Rubber stiffens in the cold and softens in the heat, and that cycle wears it out
Heavy payloads and towing put more load through the mounts than daily driving does
Swapping in another rubber mount restarts the same clock. A mount built to resist that breakdown is what actually restores the alignment between body and frame and keeps it there.

OEM rubber rides quietly when new but breaks down within a few years. Polyurethane lasts longer but rides stiffer and often squeaks. Silicone is engineered to keep both the durability and the flexibility.
Rubber: quiet and comfortable at first, but it cracks, compresses, and rots over time
Polyurethane: much firmer, so it resists movement instead of absorbing it
Polyurethane also rotates against the metal it sits on, which is where the squeak comes from
Silicone: holds its shape and stays flexible across hot and cold temperatures
Silicone resists moisture, UV, and chemical breakdown, which rubber does not
Yes. Polyurethane body mounts are typically much firmer than rubber, so instead of absorbing vibration they resist it and pass more of it into the cab floor and seat.
More road vibration reaches the cab because the mount does not compress much
The mount rotates and slides against the metal surface it rests on
That movement creates the squeak owners hear over every bump and driveway
Grease helps for a while, then works its way out and the squeak returns
Staying ahead of it means regreasing on a schedule, which most owners never do
This tradeoff is exactly why Mishimoto engineers went with silicone instead. You get the durability without signing up for a stiffer ride and a maintenance habit.
Silicone holds its shape and flexibility across extreme temperatures, resists moisture, UV, and chemical breakdown, and can be molded to different hardness levels for each mounting position.
Stays consistent in summer heat and winter cold instead of stiffening or softening
Shrugs off moisture, road salt, UV exposure, and the chemicals that live under a truck
Absorbs noise and vibration the way a healthy rubber mount is supposed to
Does not carry the stiffness or the squeak that comes with polyurethane
The goal was a mount that rides like new rubber but lasts like something built for the long haul. Silicone was the material that got there.
Every metal component is electrogalvanized and finished with a black electrophoretic coating, and the included hardware carries a Dacromet coating built to handle road salt, moisture, and underbody abuse.
Electrogalvanizing lays down a zinc layer that corrodes before the steel underneath does
The electrophoretic finish flows evenly into bolt holes and tight corners, not just flat surfaces
Dacromet coated hardware is rated past 500 hours of salt spray testing without red rust
That is several times longer than standard zinc plated hardware holds up
The coating also lets bolts torque smoothly instead of feeling gritty or binding up
If you live anywhere they salt the roads, this is the part of the spec sheet worth reading twice. A mount that fails from the outside in is just as dead as one that fails from wear.
Yes. Once the bushings degrade, the body and frame are no longer isolated from each other, and the extra chassis flex transfers stress straight into the radiator core support.
Healthy mounts keep body movement and frame movement separate from each other
Worn mounts let the two twist together, and that twist has to go somewhere
The radiator core support ends up absorbing loads it was never designed to see
The radiators were not the problem. The failed body mounts underneath them were
That discovery is the reason Mishimoto got into body mounts at all. Fixing radiators that keep cracking does not help much if the thing breaking them is still bolted to the truck.
Yes. Mishimoto ran accelerometer testing on three Ford Super Duty trucks and measured roughly a 4 percent reduction in peak vertical force reaching the cab compared to OEM mounts.
Three separate Super Duty trucks were tested, not just one
Each truck ran the same route on OEM mounts, then again on Mishimoto mounts
Both runs happened in the same week to keep road and weather conditions consistent
On one measured impact, peak cab force dropped from about 1.44g to about 1.38g
That is roughly a 4 percent reduction in what reaches you through the seat
Four percent sounds small on paper. Spread it across the thousands of impacts a truck takes in a week of driving and it adds up to a noticeably calmer cab.
Each kit includes silicone bushings sized for every factory mounting position on the truck, plus a full hardware set of bolts, nuts, and washers in a black Dacromet finish.

Super Duty trucks haul heavy, work hard, and often live in salt country, which puts them near the top of the list for body mount failure and the cooling system problems that follow. That is why they came first.
