After putting some final touches on our pipe design in 3D modeling software, we concluded the design phase of this project. With only inspection of our final prototype and final test fitting on the agenda, this project was nearly complete.

As noted previously, these pipes are constructed from aluminum, mandrel-bent piping. This will provide the rigidity and smooth flow you want within your CAC system.

Our cold-side mounted bung is shown below.

Next, take a look at the BPV flange we developed in order to provide bolt-on fitment with all stock equipment.

Full Kit

These pipes are useless without a set of couplers to secure them to the appropriate points. As with our other intercooler setups, we will use 4-ply silicone couplers for durability and tolerance. Check out a few shots of the included couplers for both the hot-side and cold-side pipes.

Final Test Fit

Once installed, these pipes look fantastic and are a huge improvement in aesthetics compared to the stock CAC hoses/pipes. This, alongside the improvements in pressure tolerance, are reason enough to make the upgrade to an aluminum CAC piping system. If you are planning on intake, exhaust, or tune upgrades that boost power, we highly recommend replacing the stock pieces.

The last key component is the install of the stock BPV unit on our pipe.

Everything within this kit fit perfectly and easily handled our road-driven torture test. This kit is good-to-go and will be available soon!
