The 6.7L Powerstroke runs two radiators, and both of them have room to do better. The factory primary radiator struggles to keep coolant temps in check under a heavy tow, and the secondary radiator's small core lets charge air temperatures creep up when you need them low. Front-end flex stresses both units over time. The Mishimoto Essentials Backbone Protection Bundle tackles all of it, and adds body mounts to shore up the foundation underneath.

The primary radiator is built from aircraft-grade aluminum with a fully brazed core and TIG-welded end tanks. It holds 37% more coolant than stock and has a core that's 10% thicker, with extruded tubes and internal struts for added strength. The secondary radiator has a 19% thicker core that boosts cooling surface area by 27%, dropping charge air cooler temps by up to 6 degrees F. Both come with cast aluminum thermostat housings and bolt right in. The upper support bar brings the front end together with heavy-duty steel and cast-steel anchor points, cutting down on the flex that stresses both radiators and their connections over time.

The silicone body mounts fix what's happening below the cab. Factory rubber mounts compress, crack, and send vibration straight into the radiator, hoses, and cooling stack. The Mishimoto six-bushing silicone set restores ride height and cab alignment while soaking up that vibration before it reaches anything you just upgraded. Dual-coated steel cups, Dacromet hardware, and a captured-nut design make the install straightforward and built to last.
