With a 117% improvement in core volume over stock and a 29% improvement over the Performance Pack unit, its 1.57" thick fully-aluminum core dissipates heat far more effectively than the factory option. TIG-welded end tanks ensure long-term durability, and a magnetic drain plug captures metallic debris to keep your coolant clean through every session.

Complementing the radiator are the Performance Silicone Radiator Hoses, included in Blue. Constructed from high-grade silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers, these hoses deliver a significant upgrade over OEM rubber in both pressure tolerance and longevity. The kit includes upper and lower radiator hoses as well as the reservoir tank hose, all maintaining direct OEM fitment so installation is straightforward and clean.

The Expansion Tank, included in Micro-Wrinkle Black, replaces the stock plastic tank that's prone to yellowing, cracking, and leaking over time with an all-aluminum direct-fit unit built to last. Internal baffles eliminate air pockets that can form during aggressive driving. Those air pockets, if left unchecked, can create hot spots capable of causing serious engine damage. It holds 55% more coolant, further stabilizing the entire system's temperature. More fluid means more heat can be absorbed and greater resistance to heat buildup above operating temperature. A high-visibility sight glass and stamped cold-fill line make coolant level checks quick and easy, and an integrated overflow port supports NHRA-mandated overflow tank installation for those running at sanctioned events.

Rounding out the bundle is the Baffled Oil Catch Can, the last line of defense against blow-by. With 10.6:1 compression and 18 pounds of boost on tap, blow-by is an inevitable byproduct of the EcoBoost's design. Left unaddressed, oil particles carried through the PCV system back into the intake, where they coat your intake passageways, valves, and reduce the effective octane rating of your air-fuel mixture. That octane reduction raises the risk of knock and preignition, which can cause catastrophic engine damage in a single pull. The catch can intercepts those particles before they ever reach the intake, keeping combustion clean and protecting your engine every mile down the road. A lifetime bronze sintered filter and fully serviceable internals mean you'll never need to replace filter media, just clean and reuse. OEM-quality quick-disconnect fittings make installation clean and leak-free, and the 3mm-thick bracket mounts the can away from engine movement and vibration for reliable, long-term performance.
