DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material comprising the innermost layer of every Mishimoto silicone boot. Compared to standard silicone, DuraCore™ delivers superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil, effectively extending boot life by preventing leaks and blowouts under high-boost conditions. Each boot is manufactured from five layers of silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers, and reinforcing rings (where applicable) add structural integrity to keep connections secure under pressure. Hump-style couplers introduce additional flexibility to absorb movement and vibration without compromising the seal.
