I got a 1992 MK3 supra 1JZGTE and it's an automatic, my car keeps overheating every time I floor it, I'm thinking of changing the radiator but do I have to get an oil cooler too?

Hello Anwar,

Thanks for the email!

If you have a transmission oil cooler in your OEM radiator, a replacement would need to be sourced. This item cannot be deleted. If you decide to go with the Mishimoto radiator, we suggest purchasing the optional external transmission cooler (part number MMTC-U). I have provided a link below to the product page in case you would like to take a look at it.

Please feel free to contact us directly at if you have any additional questions!
