For further coolant temperature regulation, we've also included our E36 Racing Thermostat. The Mishimoto thermostat has a lower activation temperature (154.4F) than the factory thermostat (190F). The lower activation temperature allows coolant to flow through the engine earlier, reducing the risk of overheating in hot environments.
