Restore your cooling system with the Mishimoto Ultimate Bundle. The Mishimoto 6.0L Powerstroke Mono Beam (4WD) Ultimate Bundle includes high-quality upgraded coolant components to replace items we've found to be the most failure-prone. For the 6.0L, we've bundled together our aluminum radiator, silicone radiator hose kit, silicone lower expansion hose kit, coolant filter kit, low-temperature thermostat w/housing, aluminum degas bottle, transmission cooler, and titanium turbo blanket.
As the stand-out component, our aluminum radiator features a full aluminum construction with durable TIG-welded end tanks. This radiator is a two-row unit with a 1.88" thick brazed aluminum core. To supplement this radiator upgrade, we've included our incredibly robust silicone radiator hose kit and lower expansion hose kit for the 6.0L. Mishimoto silicone hoses are constructed from high-grade 4-ply silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers for superior heat and pressure tolerance. For maintaining low fluid temperatures, we've included our low-temperature thermostat. The Mishimoto thermostat has a lower activation temperature (185°F) compared to the factory thermostat (192°F).
Within this bundle we've also included several items to protect your Powerstroke. Our coolant filter kit filters solid particles from engine coolant which extends the life of your oil cooler water pump, EGR cooler and other critical engine components. This kit includes our full-aluminum TIG-welded degas bottle, an ideal upgrade to the brittle factory plastic unit. The Mishimoto Titanium Turbo Blanket protects vital engine bay components from excessive heat. Rounding out this kit, the included direct-fit transmission cooler provides a proven 10°F (5.6°C) drop in transmission fluid temperature.
