The front of the G80 wasn’t designed for a US front plate. Placing the plate in the center of the bumper obstructs air flow to the radiator while also creating wind resistance. Designed specifically for the 2021+ BMW G8X M3 and M4, our license plate relocation kit is constructed from high-strength, anodized, and powder coated 6061-aluminum. It mounts directly to the OEM tow hook location, allowing for a clean and seamless installation. We’ve angled the plate to match the lines of the bumper and mounted it securely using the factory tow hook location to improve aerodynamics and allow airflow through the cooling stack.
